We’re all born with the intuitive ability to perceive energy. Whether it’s seeing, feeling, smelling, or even tasting energy, there are many ways that we can explore our intuition. Today I’ll be giving you three tips on how to practice strengthening your ability to see energy.
But I want you to know that this is not a gift or special talent reserved for just a few. This is something every single person can do. But it does take practice, and even though I see energy on a regular basis, I’m always practicing to sharpen my skills. Give these a try and let me know how it goes for you:
1. Pick a focal point, and spend some time focusing on it with your eyes. Try to be in a room with not too much clutter, which can distract us as we practice. You also want there to be soft lighting so that your physical eye is as relaxed as possible. Set a timer for around 10 minutes which I know sounds like a long time.
The reason for this is that our eyes are constantly absorbing information without us really thinking about it. The eye absorbs colors, words, body language, and many other forms of information.
So when we ask it to focus on one thing in the room, it gives the physical eye a job, which then allows the third eye to wake up and start receiving information in the form of energy.
You might start to see a glow in the room, you might start to see energy moving around, and you may start to see shapes.
Pay attention to those things and do your best to continue focusing on one thing.
2. The second tip for an easy way to see energy is by looking to the full moon. The full moon happens to be the easiest aura that you can ever see. If you go up and look at the full moon, you will see an outline a glow or a halo around it.
The moon’s aura is one of the easiest energy bodies to see. So go outside, and gaze up at the moon! Take your time, and pretty soon you will start to see the moon’s aura.
3. The last tip that I want to share with you may seem a bit strange, because when we talk about seeing energy, we definitely think about using our eyes. Try meditating in a dark room while wearing an eye mask.
Here’s why; if we can remove all distractions from the eyes by wearing an eye mask, it creates a completely blank and neutral screen. Doing this will enable us to clearly receive internal messages. If I could do readings with no lights on and my eyes closed the entire time, that would be the easiest way for me to perceive energy.
If you can really seal off your physical vision for this exercise, you’ll be surprised by how quickly you will start perceiving things. It’s really important to remember that internal visions of energy are just as powerful as external visions of energy.

thanks for sharing this, I am a lightworker and can perceive energy but have only seen glimpses of colors and I want so much to see more. I can see the moon’s aura so I know it’s possible but will practice your other tips. I am looking forward to reading your book on color energy. Thanks so much for all you do!
